He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Kyger and Mable Kyger (Craft); his sisters, Francis Fleck and Margery Seibold; and his brothers-in-law, Sam Fleck, Frank Seibold and Wynn Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia McLain; his children, Ruth Johnson (Hughie), Martha Brewer (Paul Marshall), Susie Rush (Dan), Paul Kyger (Danette) and Andy Kyger (Lora); and his siblings, Beverly Jones and Frank Kyger (Suds). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and many great-great grandchildren.
