He is survived by: his parents, Fred Johnson and Sue Johnson (Scott); his wife Terrie Johnson; his daughter Carin Daume of Old Monroe, MO; his stepsons, Lucas Connaway of Centralia and Nicholas Connaway (Tara Kelly) of Centralia; his grandson Jase Lowery; his stepgrandchildren, Kennedy Connaway and Ian Connaway; his grandchildren, Kruz, Kade Jackson, Quincey and Emerson Simpson; his sister Tammy Foltz (Mark) of Odin; his nieces, Caroline Foltz and Grace Foltz of Odin; his friend Mike Cummins of Patoka; and his pet Blue.
Memorials may be made in Tim's honor to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
