She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Dale and Vivian Wirrick Burkhart; her siblings, Jerry, Harry Burkhart and Dorothy Starky; and her close friend Curt Kuhlengel.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Emrick (Tiffany) of Richview and Michelle Smith of Centralia; her siblings, Frank Burkhart of Arrowsmith and Joyce Ackerson of Armington; and her grandchildren, Trevor, Hayli, Brook, Jared, Brandon, Amber and Colton.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude's Hospital for Children or Shriner's Children's Hospital.
