She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Koester (Compton). She is survived by: her father Howard Koester of Brownstown; her husband Sorin Ignat of Richton Park, IL; her daughter Erika Ignat-Smith (Brian) of Champaign; and her sisters, Karen Torbeck (Scott) of St. Peter and Amy Hoesli (Timothy) of Taylorville. She is also survived by 2 nieces, 1 nephew and 1 great nephew.
