She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Panek (Folwarski) and George Panek; her son Charles W. Schultz Jr.; and her siblings, Alice Baum (Carl), Louis Panek (Jean) and Walter Panek (Rose).
She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Schultz Sr.; her children, Karen Jensen (Carl) of Racine, WI and Michael Schultz (Danielle) of Woodstock; her grandchildren, Katie Henkel (Zach) of Madison, WI, Carrie Jensen of Racine, WI and Christie Stephens (Thomas) of Austin, TX; her great grandchildren, Nathan Henkel and Elliot Stephens; and her caregivers, Nelly Matili and Terri. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
