She was predeceased by: her parents, Justin Genis and Josephine Genis (Keats); her husband Stanley Surzyn; and her brother Leonard Stevens (Kathryn). She is survived by: her sister Patricia Neals (late Michael); her children, Janice Milz (Keith) and Paul Surzyn of Richmond, IL; her granddaughters, Nicole Puglisi (Michael), Kristen Milz and Shannon Howard (Kent); and her great grandchild Trent Howard.
