He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenard Duncan and Margaret Duncan (Peterson); his significant other Nick Samaras; his wives, Irene Duncan (Faber) and Mary Patricia Duncan (McCormick); and his daughter Tracy Ballstaedt.
He is survived by: his sons, John (Mindy) of Spring Grove and Scott Duncan (Tammy) of Spring Grove; his grandchildren, Toni Ballstaedt, Jeff Ballstaedt, Jessica Duncan and Samantha Duncan; his son-in-law Dan Ballstaedt; his significant other Donna Johanson; and his stepdaughters, Shawna Bucaro and Dana Nardi.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Pioneer Center for Human Services or the Loyal Order of the Moose.
