He is survived by: his spouse Janet L. Wagner; his children, Lindsay Ebbert (Nathan), Daniel Cooper (Pam Billon) and Sarah Gonzalez (Jason); his grandchildren, Dillon Ebbert, Parker Ebbert, Marley Gonzalez, Audie Gonzalez, Noah Cooper, Kingston Cooper and Brooklyn Frey; and his siblings, Richard Cooper (Sharon), Jack Cooper (Donna), Ronald Cooper (Alexandria), Clifford Cooper (Kathy), June Huff, Joanne Goff and Elsie Martin (Earl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
