He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Katzenberg and Jenny Katzenberg (Christensen); and his sister-in-law Dr. Susan Johonnott. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Katzenberg of Genoa City and Jane Eaton (Tim) of Wilmette, IL; and his grandchildren, Brian, Brent and Amanda.
