He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Oswald; and his children, Linda Whiting of Richmond, IL, Theresa Brems (Stephen) of Geneva, IL, Laurie Padjen (Gary) of Mahomet, IL, David Whiting of Richmond, IL, Dale Whiting (Lynda) of Johnsburg, IL, Patrick Whiting of South Bend, IN and Brian Whiting (Suzanne) of Evanston, IL. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
