It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles E. Wood of Reynolds, Illinois, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Wood and Edna Pollock Wood; his wife Eileen DeBord; his son Steven Mathews; and his siblings, John Wood, Waneta Miller, Dorothy Johnson and Martha Moffitt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marcia Winter (Robert) and Jeanne Kovanda (Gary); his grandchildren, Jill Winter, Sarah Liddell (Sean), Todd Winter (Courtney), Daniel Winter, Gregory Kovanda (Cerena) and Stephanie Layman (Randy); and his sister Betty Williams. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in care of the Hamlet Cemetery, Reynolds, Illinois.
