With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles E. Palmer of Reddick, Illinois, born in Kankakee, Illinois, who passed away on December 11, 2022 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles E. Palmer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville and Dorothy; his brother-in-law Charles V. Wilson, Jr.; and his nephew Brian S. Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Shelly; his daughters, Renae Wishon (Derek) of Herscher and Trista Botta (John) of Bonfield; his grandchildren, Alexa and Rayah Botta; his sister Pat Wilson of Manteno; and his niece Kim Bukowski (Trent) of Manteno.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Reddick United Methodist Church, where Mr. Palmer was a lifelong member.
