She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Smith. She is survived by: her husband Alan Charter; her children, Robert Charter (Julie) of Dwight and Sheryl Gallagher (Ron) of Liberty, MO; her grandchildren, Crystal Guerrie (Chris), Mayme VanMeveren and Elizabeth VanMeveren; and her great grandchildren, Ali Guerrie and Dominic Guerrie.
