He is survived by: his son John Chartrand, Sr.; and his brother-in-law John Bergmann (Ann). He is also survived by 6 children, 18 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, 18 Grandchildren 22 Great Grandchildren and one on the way Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
