She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Moore; her children, Jerry Mouser, Randy Mouser and Gary Moore; her grandson Keith Harris; and her siblings, Alton Middleton, Billy Middleton, Lois Keaster and Bobby Middleton.
She is survived by: her children, Terry, Lisa Moore-Allen (Jimmy), Thomas Moore, Jr. (Janet) and Toya Burdge (Rich Egbert); her sister Brenda (Mack); her grandchildren, Aaron Mouser (Denise), AJ Mathis (Rosie), Penny Edgar, Amber Mouser, Ben Moeller, Amber Moore, Jessica Moore, Garret Moore, Hilary Allen-Daniel (Drew), Chelsea Moore (Bryan Barrows), Jenna Allen (Ashon Briscoe), Laydin Renaud, Sasha Renaud, Bonnie Egbert and Riley Egbert; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Middleton, Louise Grammer, Francis Johanning and Marilyn Hood. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Great and Great-Great Grandchildren.
