He was predeceased by: his brother Bradley Turner; and his father Sebastian Ukoh. He is survived by: his mother Elsie Turner; and his wife Jaimie Turner. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pechacek Funeral Home (839 Lehmen Dr, Chester, IL 62233).
Memorials can be made in Roy's memory to the American Cancer Society and are being accepted at the funeral home.
