She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Haas and Hope Haas (Granget). She is survived by: her husband Kevin Shults; her daughter Michelle Haddick (Matt); her stepdaughter Charity Metheny (Jason); her grandchildren, Sydney Haddick, Savannah Trotter and Jackson Metheny; her sister Patricia Rudroff; and her pet Shadow.
