He was predeceased by: his parents, Thoedore Evans and Emmaline Evans; his wife Virginia L. Voges; and his brother Dale Evans. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Evans (Angie), Rene and Niel Evans Red (Debbie); his grandchildren, Todd Evans, Dennis Evans, Jr., Tom VanBuren, Scott VanBuren, Stephanie Evans, Courtney Evans and Kaleigh Evans; and his great grandchildren, Shane Evans, Brandon Stimmel, Emma VanBuren and Carson Mattingly. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.

Memorials contributions can be made in Leo's memory to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church or American Cancer Society and memorials are being accepted at Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud.
