He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bob" and Elizabeth "Betty"; his wife Barbara Hooten; his sons, Adam Hooten Red Bud and Joshua Hooten Red Bud; and his siblings, Roger Hooten Wamego (Frances), Marilyn Weber Maeystown (Steve), Kerry Hooten Prairie (Rocher), Judy Pour Red (Mike), Brian Hooten Mt (Kim), Teresa Guebert Red Bud, Robbie Hooten Prairie (Rocher), Natasha Hooten Prairie (Rocher) and Sarah Hooten Many of Missouri. He is also survived by Many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
