He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Harbaugh and Cecelia Harbaugh. He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth E. Harbaugh (Patricia) and David L. (Linda); and his brother-in-law James Hettenhausen Belleville. He is also survived by Many Nieces & Nephews, Great Nieces & Nephews, Great-Great Nieces & Nephews, Cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (515 Locust St, Red Bud, IL 62278). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
