He was predeceased by: his parent Alva Francis; his sisters, Ruth Abbott and Fern Ludwig; his brothers-in-law, Hiram Abbott, Arthur Ludwig, Lowell Liefer and Roland Hanebutt; and his son-in-law Peter Carson.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ruez; his children, Brian Ruez, Annette Carson and Dawn Ruez; his grandchildren, Peter Carson, Nicholas Carson, Hannah Ruez and Jessica Carson; his great grandchild Colton Roscow; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Hanebutt, Mildred Liefer and Paul Liefer (Helen). He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Christ Our Savior.
