He is survived by: his wife Barbara Koch; his sons, David Koch, Jr., Brad Koch (Sheri), Owen Koch, Zach Koch, Seth Koch and Dathen Koch; his grandson Cody Koch (Brooke); his mother Doris Koch; his siblings, Gordon Koch, Brian Koch (Donna), Arlan Koch (Joyce), Loran Koch (Terri) and Juli Deterding (Mike); and also Imming. He is also survived by nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends.
