He is survived by: his parents, David Carter and Kathy Carter (Labrenz); his sister Laurie Lewis (Tracy) of Spring Green, WI; his nieces, Carly Lewis and Alexis Lewis; his partner's daughters, Katrina, Elizabeth and Renee; and his friends, Tammy, Nick, Bryan, Brad, Kevin and Slippery. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
