He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Foppe; his parents, Fred Foppe and Anna Foppe; and his siblings, Lucille Spihlmann, Cyril Foppe, Herbert Foppe and Viola Foppe.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Phyllis Beran; and also Jim Beran. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, his sister-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Alzheimer's Assocation and/or the American Heart Association.
