He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlyn and Vivian Mayfield (Cain); his brother James Mayfield; and his half-brother Darrell Felmet. He is survived by: his children, Marlyn Mayfield of Auburn and Angie Greenwalt of Buffalo; and his stepdaughters, Denise Nichols of Virden and Renee Wendt of Carlinville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 2 great granddaughters and 7 step great grandchildren.
