He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Joseph and Jennie Mae Baxter (Wilks); his wife Barbara Anne Kerfont; and his sister Sondra Sue Achenbach. He is survived by: his children, Anthony R. Baxter (Linda) of Raymond and Kimberly Ann Packwood (John) of Ames, IA; his siblings, James Robert Baxter of Pawnee, Linda Kay Woolory (James) of Pawnee and Carolyn Ann Price (Gary) of Decatur; and his grandchildren, Karsun Baxter, Kahra Taylor-Allen (Christopher "Patrick") and Kayla Taylor-Ingram. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to the family of Roger Baxter c/o Linda Baxter.
