He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Robert and Lettie Hagerty Crafton; and his brothers, Larry and Leslie Crafton. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Sue Riley of Raymond; his children, Becky, Jessie, Mike, Tony, Amanda and Buddy Crafton; and his siblings, Becky Bishop (George) of Mt. Sterling, Michael Crafton, Darryl Crafton (Sandy) and Terry Crim. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
