He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Hershel Halsey and Mary Alice Halsey (Eldridge); his spouse Carmen Bryant; his sons, William Joseph Halsey (Sarah) of Cantrall and Jonathon Halsey (Ashley) of Auburn; his brother Scotty Halsey (Kim) of Jeffersonville, KY; his mother-in-law Rose Bryant of Raymond; his brothers-in-law, Raymond Bruce Bryant (Linda) of Paris, KY and Martin Damon Bryant (Katie) of Mint Hill, NC; his grandchildren, Grant, Jack, Garren, Cole, Kyle, Griffin, Bret, Grady, Haddie, Karli, Beau and Lillian; and his father-in-law William Harold Bryant. He was also cherished by other grandson on the way; 3 nieces and 5 nephews.
