He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton LaRue and Margaret E. Clardy Jenkins; his sister Sue; and his stepson Randy Pope. He is survived by: his wife Betty Gorsage Pope; his children, Janet S. Jackson of Litchfield and Rick Jenkins of Mt. Olive; his stepchildren, Penny Grundy Morrisonville (Bobby) and Allen Pope of Nokomis; his stepdaughter-in-law Terri Pope of Raymond; and his brother Bernard (Margaret Jenkins) of Raymond Jeanette. He is also survived by 14 grand children 18 great Grandchildren.
