She is survived by: her husband Dewayne Cremeens; her daughters, Tonya Sebben of Bettendorf and Tera (Adam Berkey); her grandchildren, Trevor Sebben, Lexi Sebben, Violet Jillynn Berkey and Magnolia "Nola" Berkey; her close friends, Jose, Jacquee Diaz, Judy Duncalf, Jeff Sedam, Susan Fontana (Duncalf), Cindy Mohr and Cindy Knott; and her pet Gemma.
