He was predeceased by: his father James W. Waugh; and his grandparents, Burke, Sims and Nova. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Waugh of Beecher City; his sons, Derrick Matthews (Jessica Lasswell) of Inverness, FL, Taylor Matthews of Lafayette, IN and Joel Matthews (Rachel Paris) of Champaign; his siblings, Ryan Waugh (Heather) of Herrick, Killy Waugh of Tuscola and Julie Dunn (Glenn) of Beecher City; and his close friends, Ron Humphrey and Donnie Rice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
