She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gulvas and Helen Gulvas (Staver); her husband Robert D. Smith; and her siblings, Mary Lou Creamean, Anna Mae Cherveny, George and Andy Gulvas.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Jaegle (Charles) of Lincoln, Bob Smith (Kim) of Ancona and Dave Smith (Jennifer) of Ransom; and her brother Steven Gulvas (Laurie) of Streator. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
