He was predeceased by: his children, Ronald J. "Sam" Legner and Janet "Miki" Hepner. He is survived by: his parents, Aloysius Legner and Margarite Legner (Trecker); his spouse Mary Ellen "Toot" McCambridge; his children, Patrice Simons (Allan) of Streator, Mindy Ellen Hepner (Bill) of Ransom and Mary Jo Armstrong (Art) of Ransom; and his sister Geraldine Ralph of Peoria. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
