With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip G. Whalen of Ransom, Illinois, born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on September 28, 2020 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Giles Whalen and Martha Whalen (Yedinak); and his siblings, Joyce Seaborn, Carol Youmans and Raymond Whalen.

He is survived by: his brothers, Stanley Whalen (Lyne) of Marseilles and Roger Whalen; and his brother-in-law Frank Youmans of Marseilles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
