She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Schallhammer and Lila Schallhammer (Bedeker); her husband Robert "Bob" L. Armstrong; her son Craig Armstrong; and her brother-in-law James Kerestes.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Armstrong (Mary Jo) of Ransom, Tim Armstrong (Kathy) of Ransom and Sherri LeRoy (Todd) of Ransom; her grandchildren, Brittany Delaney (AJ), Holly Armstrong, Brooke Sherman (Jeremey), Adam Armstrong (Cassidy Conrade), Matthew Armstrong, Ryan Armstrong, Nicholas LeRoy, Devin Doty (Beau), Kyle LeRoy (Magda Wyszynski), Jessica Southerland (Ryan) and Lucas Armstrong; her daughter-in-law Josephine Andrus of Arizona; and her sister Judy Kerestes of Streator. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
