We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2022, at the age of 81, Thomas H. Luttrell of Ramsey, Illinois, born in Dalton City, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Luttrell and Dorothy Luttrell (Blancett); and his siblings, Rodger, Robert Luttrell, Peggy Taylor and Caroline Goad.
He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Norman; his children, Thomas W. Luttrell (Samantha) of Ramsey, IL, Jeffery Luttrell (Crystal) of Ramsey, IL, Heather Luttrell of Shelbyville, IL, Renee Gunn of Hammond, IL and Kenny Luttrell (Rochelle) of La Place, IL; and his brother James Luttrell of Oakley, IL.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
