He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Fox and Lula Fox (Miller); and his brother Ronnie Fox. He is survived by: his wife Susan V. Fox of Ramsey, IL; his children, Michael Fox (Tanna) and Laura Ray (Tim); his stepson Keith Jackson (Aimee); his grandchildren, Gabriel Evelyn Fox, Erik Michael Fox, Tessa Layla Fox, Ella Claire Fox, Jacob Brown, Ashlyn Brown and Nick Ray; his great grandchild Sage Maria Fox; his stepgrandchildren, Paisley, Felicity and Kitch; his sister Berta Johnsen of Sun City, AZ; and his niece Teri Proctor.
