She was predeceased by: her parents, Erich Bombal and Celena Bombal (Woijeck); and her siblings, Donald Bombal, Michael Bombal and Anna Batty.
She is survived by: her husband Victor Leach; her children, Gary Leach and Vicky Schaal (Matthew); her grandchildren, Brady Haupt (Megan) and Cory Schaal; her great grandchild Brooke Haupt; and her sister Florence Tate of Vandalia.
Memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or to the Alzheimer's Association.
