She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Shimmin; her husband Charles "Chuck" A. Forbes; and her sisters, Cindy Pendleton and Sharon Shimmim. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Shimmin (Krieger); her sister Bernardine (Jeff Stillman); and her brother-in-law Larry Pendleton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
