She was predeceased by: her mother Marjorie J. Fisher (Davis); and her siblings, Elaine Fisher and Jim Fisher. She is survived by: her father Elden Jr. Fisher of Vandalia; her husband Leon Otto of Ramsey; her children, Lori Otto, James Riley of Ramsey, Scott Otto of Louisiana, Kari (Devin Holsapple) of Newton, Staci Berkheimer of Trilla, Tim Otto of Ramsey, Kevin Otto and Taylor Edwards of Ramsey; her sisters, Sue Fisher and Diana Fisher; and her grandchildren, Alayna Riley, Elizabeth Otto, Krew, Chloe, Bayley, Cagney Holsapple, Mackenzie Berkheimer, Brailynn, Tinliegh, Aubrey, Bentley, Lydia and Vanessa Otto.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Cathy.
