Fox of Raleigh, Illinois, born in West Brooklyn, Illinois, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Vincent and Anna Vincent (King); her spouse Odell Fox; and her brother Vernon Vincent. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia O. Conner of Raleigh; and her siblings, Clarence Vincent, Margaret McManus, Judy DeSpain, Barbara McCord and Ruth Ann Wangelin.
