He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Brown and Lilian Brown (Gore). He is survived by: his spouse Ollie A. Carnett; and his children, Tim Brown (Cindy) of Eldorado, Cyndie Cook (Wes) of Marion and Janice Brown (Heath Smith) of Eldorado. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
