It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hal Whitlock (Raleigh, Illinois), who passed away on December 11, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Whitlock (Price); his children, DeWayne Whitlock (LaDonna) of Raleigh, Dwight Whitlock (Sunday) of Eldorado and Denise Phelps of Raleigh; his stepson Jeff McVay (Susan) of Harrisburg; his sister Joyce Ann Kolmer of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Dane Whitlock (Jean), Evan Whitlock, Jake Whitlock, Ame Wiman (Jake), Sydney Whitlock, Dylan Phelps, Delaney Oglesby (Blaine) and Dalton Phelps; his great grandchildren, Hallee Whitlock, Jaynee Whitlock and Justus Whitlock; and his niece Jackie Ann Ital (Keith) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
