She is survived by: her husband James Hayes; her daughters, Lori McGuire (Rod) of Minnesota, Sara Boulds (Tim) of Texas and Rachel Boulds (Mike) of Illinois; her grandson Matthew McGuire (Abby) of Minnesota; her children, Benjamin McGuire, Carrie of Indiana, Kaitlyn Cartwright (Brayden) of Texas, Samantha Boulds of Texas, Laura Boulds of Texas, Joseph Boulds of Texas, Mary Boulds of Texas, Michael Boulds of Texas, Catherine Boulds of Texas, Alysha McGowen (Dakota) of Illinois, Mikaylah Boulds of Evansville and Jason Boulds of Illinois; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Liam, Mason, Kinslee, Koltin, Brody and Lawson; and her brother Dale Sloan (Martha) of North Carolina.
