She is survived by: her husband Eugene Zelasko of Radom, IL; her children, Richard Zelasko (Dawn) of Sesser, IL, Jim Zelasko (Sheila) of South Carolina and Sandy Zelasko of Radom, IL; her grandson Casey Zelasko; her siblings, Lee Lukasik (Joann) of Nashville, IL and Dorothy Woerle (Bill) of St. Louis, MO; and her sister-in-law Nancy Lukasik of Centralia, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
