She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Leslie and Georgia Leslie (Daniels); her husband Leroy Winka; her sisters, June Mannen (Dwight) and Betty Duff; her parents-in-law, Louis and Lillian Winka; her brother-in-law Larry Kobus; her nephew John Duff; and her great-nephew Matthew Mannen.
She is survived by: her children, Christy Hacay (Brian) of Ballwin, MO, Richard Winka of DuBois, IL, Gary Winka (Kylea) of Longmont, CO and Jennifer Sursa (Darren) of Centralia, IL; her grandchildren, Blake Hacay, Allison Hacay, Brandon Hacay, Andrew Hacay (Anna), Korri Winka, Moriah Depew (Kyle Adermann), Skylar Depew (Maddie), Emma Sursa, Gracie Winka, Taylor Sursa and Amber Sursa; her great grandchild Kaleb Adermann; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Winka (Bernice) and Sherry Kobus. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
