She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Szopinski and Helen Szopinski; her husband Enoch "Enick" John Barnowski; her siblings, Frank Szopinski, Stanley Stevens, John Prusacki, Rose Mamel, Mary Borowiak, Sophia Kujawa, Regina Lukasik, Caroline Dalman and Theresa Kujawa; her children-in-law, Gary Zmudzinski, Sr. and Sally Barnowski; and her godson Larry Kujawa.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Barnowski (Sue) of St. Louis, MO, Joseph Barnowski of Todds Mill, IL and Susan Zmudzinski of Scheller, IL; her grandchildren, Gary Zmudzinski (Christina), Greg Zmudzinski, Joseph Barnowski (Danielle), Thomas Barnowski (Erin), Michael Barnowski (Kristen), Stephen Barnowski, Tony Barnowski (Korie) and Sarah Kary (Shon); and her great grandchildren, Aidan, Julien, Brielle, Jack, Ava, Grace, Nora, Audrey, Grant and Addison. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, mass offerings or memorials can be made to the St. Charles Cemetery, St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery or St. Michael Cemetery and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
