He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tipton and Rachel Royalty Tipton; his wife Norma Jean Dedert; his great grandchildren, Brendan and Ellie Daffron; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Beckman Maxwell and Sally Dedert.
He is survived by: his children, Charlene Willis of Bowling Green, MO, James Tipton (Mary) of Quincy, IL and David Tipton (Patti) of Quincy, IL; his granddaughter Heather Daffron (Ryan) of Bowling Green, MO; his great grandchildren, Brett, Avery and Liberty; his grandchildren, Krista Willis (Frank Jones) of Curryville, MO and Matthew Tipton (Leah) of Bangor, ME; his great grandchildren, Harvey and Clyde; his grandson Adam Tipton (Dana McConnell) of Hannibal, MO; his children, Ethan, Madison, Abel and Jason Tipton (Meagan) of Champaign, IL; his granddaughter Abigail; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, William and Samantha Fuller (Jordan) of Loraine, IL; his sisters, Nancy Schnoor of Quincy, IL and Connie Waters (Bill) of Quincy, IL; his brother-in-law Harvey Dedert of Quincy, IL; and also Nora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Illinois COVID-19 guidelines will be followed, including requiring face masks and social distancing.
