He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Dyke and Aloise Van Dyke (O'Donnell); his wife Sally Madison; and his brother Don G. Van Dyke. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sheri Davis; his children, Thomas L. Van Dyke II of Marshalltown, IA, Don Van Dyke (Angela) of Quincy and Tonya Boll of Quincy; his grandchildren, Abram, Delilah Van Dyke, Miley, Madeline, Hayden Van Dyke, Shelby Schwartz and Andrew Boll; and his great grandchild Dylan Schwartz.
