He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rex and Elva Louise Ketchum (Smith); and his brother Robert Joseph Ketchum. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicki Benjamin (Vivian) of Quincy, Christina Diane Woodward (Warren) of Quincy, Lisa Ann Gower (Kenneth) of Quincy and Lauren Elizabeth Coughlin (Philip) of North Aurora; and his grandchildren, Kyle Callarman, Tarryn Benjamin, Kayleigh Ketchum, Emily, Ryan Gower, Caroline and Jillian Woodward. He is also survived by four nieces, one aunt, one uncle, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law.

Memorials in Tom's honor can be sent to St. Francis Solanus Catholic Church or the Blessing Foundation/Teresa Adams House fund.
